As a co-founder and managing partner of the OZman Group, he brings 15 years of experience in healthcare administration and the medical industry, in both the U.S. and Turkey.

He worked at both Magna International and Lear Corporation where he was responsible for executing transactions in the U.S., Canada, U.K. and Italy with enterprise values exceeding US$1B, in the aggregate.

Zima has been working as a clinician and as Program Director of an outpatient mental health clinic in two locations with multi-million dollars in annual revenue. He is a co-founder and managing partner of the OZman Group, LLC.
Arthur Summerville is the current CEO of Medical Innovations, LLC, a medical distribution company with an office in Washington, DC that supports healthcare customers in the U.S., Colombia, the Middle East and West Africa. He is a managing partner in multiple ventures, including two Liberian-based businesses.
DJ has built go-to-market strategies for two start-up companies and has extensive experience in big box retail sales, B2B, import/export, DRTV and international sales/marketing. He has conducted business and has consulted in multiple countries including Canada, México, China, and Liberia.
Ibrahim Yildirim is an import/export and business development expert with extensive international experience. He practiced foreign trade both in the States and in Turkey. He started his career as an import and national sales manager in a New York firm in 1989. He has been in business ever since, expanding his territory in South America and Turkey.
Tolga currently resides in México, working as the operational director of an American company that manufactures leathers in México. He previously lived in England for 10 years, working in a food chain business as the managing director.
